Revenue from the web could be hurt by Knol because the articles rank higher than about.com articles, thus sending traffic to Google's property instead. Can Google be trusted to remain totally objective? I would use the YouTube case to decide - Ever notice that youtube videos seem to be the only ones that show up with images, making them more likely to catch your eye?
