Renewable Energy Source: Big Boobs
I think looking for renewable energy options is great. I also think well-blessed women are great. What do you get when you put the two together? A really weird energy concept. I recently posted a story about a dance floor in Europe that generates energy via movement. Adrienne So is taking that idea a little too far and suggesting – you guessed it – we should capture power with bouncing boobs. Her idea for a motion-capturing bra would power an iPod as you ran down the street, your breasts a-bouncin’. Eek. Now I think that So is just having some fun (not actually developing a renewable energy bra), but still…eek…

Vacuums don’t just Suck
James Dyson, a name you might recognize from the the world of vacuum cleaners, is now trying to power his car with his vacuum cleaner. Ok, not really. What he is doing is building a lightweight electric motor based on his vacuum motor design. He also plans to mount solar panels on the roof to charge the car. If it works, hey, it might just be great! Good luck, you crazy Brit.
