		<description>Thanks for this article and info. Really informative! On thinking deeply, I think I&#039;d hire me only if:

(1) I looked well-groomed, as if I took pride in my appearance,
(2) I looked healthily self-confident, warm and at ease,
(3) I expressed myself clearly and intelligently,
(4) I had the required skills and could demonstrate the required competencies.

For me, vibes are really important, which is my reason for points 1-3. They are just as important to me as point 4.
