[...] And now today, after logging in to my Blog, I see a linkback from Paul Scriven’s WorkBoxers. I check it out and I’m listed under one of his “Blogrolls” as a Fine Friend? I see that it rotates as Scriv’s paged is refreshed, have no idea how long it will stay there, but for now I’m included with other names like ProBlogger, Jeremy Wright, Duncan Riley, the b5media network and Entrepreneur’s Journey! I took a screenshot for posterity! The downside? It hasn’t appeared yet today other than in my mind [...]

[...] Today I spoke about quantity at Work Boxers and looking at some of the sites here I can definitely see some room for improvement and that all starts with me. So I have decided to create a posting schedule for myself and hopefully I can stick with it until these sites pick up. [...]

I agree Craign and that's why it is going to be important for the authors to maintain a certain level of communication amongst themselves. Maybe I can find some sort of system that will work best, but as this all is an experiment it will be touch and go.

One of the problems with many writers on the one blog is ensuring that there is no cross-over of articles. Many writers may need someone in a newsdesk position to ensure that this does not occur. Maybe one of the writers takes on the position, or the job is rotated each week, then again how do you pay them if they are not writing?

As some blogs do become bigger in the amount of writing they are producing on a daily basis, they will begin to face some real 'management' challenges.

A confused reader is a site's worst fear.
