		<description>I think you&#039;ve presented a good case that the Chinese spokespeople are presenting inept spin.

The Chinese ambassador to Canada appears to be using the &quot;argumentum ad antiquitatem&quot; fallacy or appeal to tradition in saying that &quot;everyone does it so get off our back.&quot;

They&#039;re pretty much blaming others when they should be taking responsibility for what they did wrong, telling us what went wrong, and how they&#039;re going to fix it. I think this needs to be done in addition to allowing the third party supporters get their message out.</description>
