The Yahoo! Joke Is On Me!
Carolyn McCarthy over at Webware (a Cnet site) writes about the new MyYahoo released today in beta. As slow as Yahoo is sometimes, I thought the current MyYahoo might still be beta! Anyway, I wanted to see it so I clicked on the link. Seems like if you already have a MyYahoo page, you don’t just look at it or have the ‘opportunity’ to look at it – YOU GET IT!

I must be one of the ‘lucky’ ones. Carolyn reports “The new My Yahoo is not readily available; rather, it’s in a limited beta that only a handful of random Yahoo members can opt into thus far. The full version will be rolled out over the next few months.” Here’s the thing – if you have a MyYahoo page and you go to the link and say you want to look at it, it’s yours. And I swear it said I could look at it – now it says Upgrade Me! <LOL>

The My Yahoo layout is soooo ugly. About time they gave it a makeover!
I tried to get to the new version, but was informed the beta is not available in some countries….
It IS ugly! I think the new one is pretty ugly too. Gee – you wanted it and couldn’t get it. I didn’t want it (I wanted to LOOK at it) and I got it. Well, read my post on it later today.
