Those new Apple ads

Last week, Apple had released part two of their “I’m a Mac, I’m a PC” ad campaign. The three new ads drive home the point that Macs
(1) are not boring
(2) are fun to use
(3) don’t have separate parts or drivers
(4) can run Windows (!!!)
(5) oh yeah and the no virus thing
I don’t know about you, but I’ve observed that Apple has gone all out with their “no excuses” switch campaign. The past few months has shown a risingly aggressive campaign with the debut of the Mac mini. Then the Intel chip followed. Then Bootcamp. Then the Apple ads. Then, Apple stars posting the 14 Reasons Why You Should Switch. Gone is Think different. More like, Buy a Mac. A PC is redundant.
But then again let us not forget that what spurred Apple to make a comeback in the Mac market sales was when they introduced the iMac G5, saying that it came from “the makers of the iPod.”
