Tip – Don’t Always Rely on Text

As satisfying as it can be to produce a well-written e-mail or report, printed words aren’t universally effective.
Trainers and teachers learn how to use visuals to drive home lessons, because some people are visual learners.
The same principle applies when you’re trying to communicate about a complex issue. Find a visual way to get your point across. If you can’t use images in this instance, create a visual image with words.
Payoff: Fewer people will be confused or indifferent about the point you’re trying to make.
