Tips for Outlook uesrs to keep their mail files healthy

If there is one thing Outlook is famous for (besides being a royal pain sometimes), it’s that the mail file can a) get huge and b) get corrupted.  The very helpful folks at ClearContext, a sponsor of the contest … which closes for good tomorrow! …  have provided some easy-to-follow tips on how to reduce the size of your Outlook mail file and keep it healthy.  Doesn’t matter if you use ClearContext or not, these are still awesome tips.
