Can it be true? It turns out that the PlayStation 2 has now reached an incredible milestone, selling an astounding 50 million units in North America. Too bad there are no new big titles on the horizon, as Persona 4 was probably the last big game for the console. Here are today’s headlines:
- It turns out that not only is Loco Roco 2 coming soon, it’s going to be cheap, as the game will retail for just $19.99.
- PiexlJunk Eden will getting a patch soon that will fix some of the problems that players have been having with the PSN title. But even better, an “Encore” edition of the game will be released at some point, which should include all kinds of new goodies.
- Good news for Sackboy fans, as the LittleBigPlanet star can now be yours with a little bit of work. And by work I mean knitting.
- Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 is finally coming to the PS3, and to make up for the delay, it will be an Ultimate Edition of the real time strategy game.
