Everyday Shooter

Snow! That’s right, it’s snowing here at PS Monger HQ, signaling that the holidays are finally upon us. As if the flood of AAA releases weren’t enough. If nothing else, this is the perfect weather to curl up on the couch and spend a few hours with your console of choice. And that’s definitely what I plan on doing tonight.

  • A recent study shows that roughly half of all PlayStation 3 owners also have a PSP. Hopefully, this means we will see more integration between the two platforms in the future.
  • In truly awesome PSP news, it looks like the portable port of the excellent PlayStation Network title Everyday Shooter will be hitting the handheld in December.
  • The Gran Turismo team had some fun recently, connecting 4 PS3’s to make GT5 look even better (yes, it is possible). The upgrade saw the game running at an astounding 2160p and 240 frames per second.
  • If you have still yet to take the PS3 plunge, you may want to check out this Wal-Mart exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle.
