Today Show Announces Summer Concerts

The Today show has announced their lineup for their 2009 Summer Concert Series and I think they have secured some solid acts. What I like about the performances is that they are usually outside and it’s early in the morning so you really get to see some of today’s hottest artists battling through some tough conditions – some do well and others struggle. Still, you have got to give them credit for trying. I’ve seen people get up on that stage and deal with cold temperatures (sometimes snow!) since these “summer” concerts start in May but we all know that there can be some pretty bad weather in New York City around that time of year.
Check out the list below. Is there anyone you’re looking forward to seeing? I am curious to see how Kings of Leon perform but I will definitely be skipping the Jonas Brothers.
