hi there
i work for Paymo, and we've just launched our time tracking service.
If you wish to check it out, go to: http://www.paymo.biz (it's free for small biz&freelancers.) The cool thing about it is the desktop component that allows you to enter time directly from your desktop (Windows & Mac)

I have been using a service called Intervals for the past few months and I don't know how I got anything done before I found it. The great thing is that it has web based timers like so many of these products, but it also has strong task management...so I know what I am supposed to working on and keep notes on everything I do. I highly recommend it www.myintervals.com
