Tom Brady Makes a Killing in Real Estate

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots kick off their season on Sunday against the lowly Kansas City Chiefs. While that will mark the first step in what Brady hopes is a successful NFL season, he has already had a successful year in other areas of life.

According to a report, Brady recently sold part of a building that he bought in 2006 for approximately $1.7 million more than he spent for the entire building. Brady initially bought the building to live in but after renovation that consisted of splitting it into four condos, he ended up selling three of the four for around $8 million.

So not only is Brady dating a supermodel and quarterbacking the best team in the NFL – he’s also now becoming something of a real estate tycoon in his free time.
