I would like to see some more of these retired coaches, who were so successful in the NFL, bring their experience back to the college level. It is a step down for them but they have so much to offer todays students and I think the coaches can have a much bigger impact on their athletes in college than in the pros. Someone like Coach Dungy would have a tremendous effect on a program like Notre Dame or Louisville.

Being from Indianapolis, I can tell you that whatever team and city that might get him will be better for the experience. Such an amazing individual, above and beyond what he brings to the team, the field and the locker room.
