Will there be “Go Tony!” signs in the stands this Sunday when the Packers take on the Cowboys? Maybe. Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is originally from Burlington, Wisconsin. (Burlington is small Wisconsin town about 150 miles south of Green Bay.) According to the Milwaukee-Journal Sentinel, Romo expected a “decent contingent” from his hometown to turn out, but admitting that he’s letting his folks do all the leg work. (He’s got more important matters on his right now. Like ignoring Jessica Simpson’s phone calls.)

In case we were wondering whether Romo was going to try and fit in a round of golf (which I personally wasn’t wondering, were you?), he says jokingly “I play usually about one round of golf a year during the season and it’s usually so bad that it makes me make sure that I don’t play again.” What a jokester.
