To help business owners, I wanted to share the top 10 business bluders that business owners should avoid. I thought it would be good to share this advice so that it would help you as a business owner get past the little hiccups that can affect the management of your business.
According to the article entitled, “Having Problems?” written for Inc.com by Rebecca A. Morgan,
The problem we see is often a symptom of a deeper issue: the root cause. Addressing symptoms without an understanding of root cause means that the underlying problem remains intact. It will resurface again and again until you identify it and implement a permanent countermeasure.
So as a business owner, keep in mind that it’s better to learn and understand the whys of a problem or blunder so that you can fix the root cause.
