In the most recent newsletter from WXPNews, author Deb Shinder shares her Top 10 Microsoft Gripes.
Some of her complaints revolve around Microsoft’s general size, licensing, naming and of course lawyers (they’re part of everyone’s problems aren’t they? Just kidding.)
What are your biggest gripes about Microsoft? Let us know in the comments. If you need some inspiration, be sure and read Deb’s full list.

I’ve been using the bundled install of XP Pro on my Dell going on 4 years now. Fewest troubles of any so far. (Started with Win95). Most I’ve had to do is a forced restart.
MS has been at this how many years?
I just read that their own execs are criticizing a Vista update after they encountered a lack of certain drivers. Why flaws like this discovered in-house BEFORE an OS or update is released? Do they get in a few error-ridden tweaks after testing, then quickly release it? Do they bother testing?
I’m really, REALLY, put off by all these troubles. And for those who stick with XP, like myself, we can expect an ever-quicker abandonment of support and applications as the new/flawed replacement OS receives all their attention.
When will MS not only start listening to its customers, but start showing they can release an OS that actually works well out of the box?
I’m looking forward to, but not holding my breath for a OS as nice as Vista was promised to be, with NT/XP reliability, that uses the same or LESS resources. It is high time they stop grafting stuff onto old software and do some pruning first.
