Top 10 Posts From Top 10 Writing Blogs – Why I Picked My Declaration of Independence Post

Michael Stelzner who blogs at Writing White Papers asked those of us who made his Top 10 Blogs For Writers for our favorite post of 2007. I struggled a bit then realized my favorite was the publishing of the U.S. Declaration of Independence on July 4th.

Of course, it’s not about writing, but it’s one of the reasons we have the freedom to write pretty much what we want, when we want here in the United States of America. I worry about our Constitution and our freedom these days. It seems our current government is determined to keep us afraid and tromp all over the Constitution, and without as much opposition as I’d like to see.
