Top 10 Weapons

Youtube being a constant source of entertainment and amusement had someone post Gametrailer’s Top 10 video game weapons.

Most feel the list is off on some parts, but I do feel they got some of the better weapons. Like the chainsaw, BFG, Cerebral Bore.

Here’s the list for you lazy types

1. Cerebral Bore -Turok

2. Chainsaw – Doom
3. Spread Gun – Contra
4. Rail Gun – Quake 2
5. Laptop Gun – Perfect Dark
6. Energy Sword – Halo 2
7. Ice Beam – Metroid
8. BFG – Doom
9. Red Turtle Shell – Mario Kart
10. Gravity Gun – Half Life 2

Would have liked to have seen a rocket launcher. The Tribes Stormhammer(Spinfusor for you n00bs). And possibly the PPC or Gauss Rifle from Mechwarrior 2. It’s a hard list to come up with for just 10. There have been so many games with so many unique weapons that it’s hard to narrow your criteria down enough that you can pick and choose well. Needless to say, you guys are welcome to post your own thoughts and weapon choices. Lemme know what weapons have changed your gaming experienced.
