Alright so check it out, here are my favorite movies that have to do with business or entrepreneurship. I think these are some great movies to motivate and pump up young entrepreneurs.
5. Office Space – this was a hilarious movie that pretty much makes fun of Corporate American. It’s about some friends that are just completely fed up with their jobs.
Thinking about leaving your job, you might or might not want to watch this. Pick it up for a good laugh!
4. The Godfather 2 – this not only is one of the best movies for a young entrepreneur but is probably one of the best movies EVER. This is about family business, loyalty and has some the best actors ever in this one movie.
Be loyal to your Family & friends before you’re loyal to your employer!
3. Glengary Glen Ross – just one scene in this movie is totally worth watching it. It’s about 4 desperate Real Estate agents that will be fired if they don’t make a sale asap!
“ABC” comes from this movie. ABC = Always Be Closing.
2. Jerry Maquire – if there was any movie that reminded me of myself it would have to be Jerry Maguire. This guy has it all, and then before he knows it he’s jobless. This is a great story of someone dealing with adversity and still making it happen regardless of the situation.
This is a MUST SEE movie for sure. In order to be a young entrepreneur you gotta have the “Kwan.” You gotta watch the movie and you’ll understand…plus you’ll want it too!
1. Boiler Room - this is it folks. This to me is the TOP movie for a young entrepreneur to watch. It’s about a bunch of young punks that just wanna make money at all costs. There’s a great story & lesson to be learned in the movie which is very powerful. You just gotta watch it!
A great line from this movie is “Act As If.” You still hear a lot of business folks talking about “Act as if…”
There’s a lot of great business movies and these are just a few to start.
What are YOUR favorite business movies and why?

The Aviator – With Leonardo DiCaprio as Howard Hughes. It showed just to how much detail he considered his planes and just how much knowledge he had about the aviation industry.
Pursuit of Happyness – Overcoming hardship, relentless persistence, unwavering faith…what didn’t Chris Gardener have?
