I can’t take credit for finding this list. I have to give credit to Colin Cowherd. I was listening to the Herd and he mentioned it. So, props to him.
CBS Sportsline writer, Pete Prisco made a list of the Top 50 Players in the NFL. Who do you think is number one?
None other than the pretty boy himself, Tom Brady. According to Prisco, Brady earned the number one ranking for his overall performance in 2007.
I have to agree with him. There wasn’t any other quarterback that you’d want to line up behind center at the start of every game. He threw for an astounding FIFTY touchdowns and 4,806 yards, finishing the season with a 117.2 passer rating.
Payton Manning was a close runner up for second place.
