So here’s what I’m thinking. This guy sells signs. Now I think these signs are glass? And I think they’re big? And I think this person wants you to come inside the store to see his very nice sign?
Here’s what I don’t think. I don’t think you should let this guy write up any of your signage for you. And if your command of the English language is as good as his, I don’t think you should count on him to check your work.
I would be very interested to learn, however, why this special, big, one of a kind sign is free.
