Montreal-based Trellia Networks Inc. has raised $3.5-million in a series B financing from Solidarity Fund QFL and Skypoint Capital. Trellia makes software that makes it easy for employees to seamlessly switch from wireless networks (cellphones, Wi-Max) to corporate LANs and WLANs.

“We believe that Trellia is well positioned to become a major player in the mobility market. Our investment will help Trellia achieve their commercialization objectives rapidly.” said Andrew Katz, general partner and co-founder of Skypoint Capital.
