I think the complaints hit critical mass. The day after I wrote a full letter to CourtTV, a second round of emails was sent out to everyone who’d not gotten one before. I’m still not convinced that only 6013 people “won,” but at least some corrections have been made.

I’m going to check out that tribute. I love seeing when something is done well! :D
