Trim-Water

Every time you turn around there is a new “Fitness” drink on the market. Whether it’s sporting antioxidants or just a poorly flavored water, they are all over the place. One of the newer ones on the market is ‘Trim-Water’. TrimWater is a low calorie (10 calories per 20 oz bottle) drink with only 3 grams of sugar per bottle and contains a few more additives to enhance it’s nutritional value. It contains the following and I have provided a brief explanation of what they are good for.
Chromium Picolinate: Appetite supressant and also has been claimed to support carbohydrate and sugar breakdowns.
Glucosamine Hydrochloride: Good for joint health and cartilage repair.
Caffiene: alertness and focus, metabolism.
Hydroxycitric Acid: cuts glucose uptakes and reduces insulin peaks.
What I can say about TrimWater is that the flavors are very appealing. However it’s a bit sweet in my opinion but everyone tastes very. It’s aspartame free but it does contain crystalline fructose which explains the strong sweetness. There has also ben some debate on whether crystalline fructose is any better than high fructose corn syrup. Google it and you can make your own call.
Trimwater comes in many flavor fusions. My favorite is Blueberry/ Pear and the Raspberry / Vanilla. Other flavors include Passionfruit-Berry, Peach-Mango, Pomegranate-Cranberry, Pink Grapefruit-Honey, Lemon-Citrus, and Black Cherry-Blackberry. Look out for some possible Trimwater Give-aways in June! For more information visit Trimwater.com

Im sure Id love it—as Im notoriously a bad water drinker—but I still giggled at the notion of MY celebrating the WOO HOO ONLY 10 CALORIES when there is a zero cal version:
waterwater.
:)
I have my days where I drink too much and I’m running to the john every two minutes and days like today that I’ve barely drank a drop….but I got a big old glass of some Quality (Kitchen Tap) H2O and damn it’s tastey.
The trimwater’s good though.
