I like Twitter because of the people I’m following and those who follow me and unless they shift to Pownce/FriendFeed/Jaiku/Abc..xyz I won’t be interested in moving to a new service no matter what the feature-set.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Friendfeed and Jaiku/Pownce better than Twitter but these are just tools, what matters most is the people using it.
