We told you recently about the Domino’s Big Taste Bailout campaign with CEO Dave Brandon making some surprise deliveries around the country. The first lucky winner, Angela Waldrep of Killeen, TX, opened her door earlier this week to receive her gift card from Brandon with enough money to eat Domino’s Pizza products for a year.

The Big Taste Bailout kicked off in March and offers consumers three or more one topping pizzas or oven baked sandwiches for just $5 each. As a part of the promotion, Domino’s is encouraging people to nominate a friend who needs a bailout of Domino’s for a year. Check out Dominos.com to learn more about the promotion.
If you haven’t ordered from Domino’s lately, the online ordering interface is much more advanced. You can check up on the status of your pizza and see when it’s baking, in the box and on the way. You can also rate the quality of the pizza, the performance of the delivery person and more.
The Domino’s Big Taste Bailout taps into the country’s need for cheap food ($5 for a medium pizza or sandwich) while playing off the bailouts that are going on for banks and big businesses.
