UFC Fight Night 8 Fight Card
Since I am starting anew with my UFC and MMA coverage here at Jab and Grapple I have decided to do things a little different that most sites. Since I am new to this site and this aspect is relatively new each day between now and the January 25th I will highlight one of the fighters from the event each day including the background, fight record, and stats. Anyways here is the fight card for the event which could still change if anyone gets injured but it is pretty set:
- Rashad Evans vs. Sean Salmon (TV)
- Jake O’Brien vs. Heath Hearing (TV)
- Hermes Franca vs. Spencer Fisher (TV)
- Dean Lister vs. Nate Marquardt
- Chad Rainer vs. Josh Burkman
- Ed Herman vs. Chris Price
- Clay Guida vs. Din Thomas
- Ross Pointon vs. Rich Clementi
According to the UFC website the top 3 matches will be broadcast while the others will just be tapped to fill TV time if it is needed. As part of my renewed UFC coverage I will be posting the results from the matches here as soon as they happen so be cure to check in everyday between now and the 25th for extensive coverage, previews, fighter profiles and more.
