UK iPhone Users Get A Pretty Sweet Deal

If you are an iPhone user in the UK it looks like you will be getting a pretty sweet deal this Summer. O2 is offering existing iPhone users a free upgrade to the new 3G iPhone if you sign a new contract. Details of which new iPhone you are eligible for are dependant on the rate plan you are subscribed too.
O2 is also planning to launch a monthly prepaid plan for the iPhone this fall.
I don’t expect to see either of these options coming from AT&T anytime soon, but it will be interesting to see if any of the other carriers currently offering the iPhone don’t do something similar.
