Undertaker Retains Championship on SmackDown

• World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker def. Batista (No Disqualification Match)

As indicated by the results above Undertaker retained the world heavyweight championship last night on SmackDown, pinning Batista after a sweet chin music assist from Shawn Michaels helped the deadman pick up the no DQ victory. The title was on the line at SmackDown for the first time in months and so was a spot to face Edge at Backlash though Undertaker ultimately prevailed.

Also on SmackDown Natalya defeated Cherry in her in-ring debut and Vladimir Kozlov remained undefeated in the WWE since debuting earlier this month.
