Some of them are listed below (this is a very concise and short list):

- TwitWall: allows you to micro-blog and post to Twitter simultaneously
- WordPress Twitter Tool: allows you to integrate your WordPress blog with Twitter
- Calliflower: used to integrate conference calling with FaceBook
- FriendFeed: used to allow you to share your FriendFeed feed within FaceBook
- The Visa Business Network: Allows you to connect with other business owners
- Twitter: connects Facebook and Twitter
- LinkedIn Answers: allow you to ask and answer question
- LinkedIn Groups: help you connect with others who have similar interests along with the ability to create your own group
