    My fitness routine is an hour a day on the treadmill and with weights every other day. The alternate days I run an exercise video.

    I work out Mon-Fri Doing the Elliptical machine for 15min then I do the treadmill for 15min then 3 min cooldown then lift weights for the remaining 25 min or so to get my 1 hour of workout in. I have lost 15 pounds in about a month and a half. Then go home chase my 4 year old daughter around for the rest of the day :)

      Forgot to mention that the calluses on my hands are getting sore and I could really use these gloves.

    I do weight training on Sunday, Thursday, and Friday and turbokick on monday and saturday and zumba on Tuesday and Wednesday – sometimes i add a yoga class after my weight training to help me stretch out

    I workout at the gym 4 days a week and do a combination of machines and nautilus. I am passionate about adding a lot of elements to my workout routine so I also combine Yoga and jogging into the mix. Yoga and jogging fits into my schedule better because I can do them at my leisure from home, where my gym workout has to remain more structured because of time constraints.     I do weight lifting 4 times a week, cardio (running) & abs 3 times a week. Sleep 7-8 hours a day, eat healthy and surf on the weekends. Work hard & Play Hard.

    Until I saw this giveaway, I never thought about the fact that I could be wearing gloves to lift. My husband and son do. Why can’t I? Especially since I have carpal tunnel syndrome.

    As for my routine..I do aerobics/upper body strength training one day and aerobics/lower body strength training the next.
