Values discovery

Douglas Wagoner has put up a great web-based utility to better help understand your own values.  My results were pretty much in line with what I’d learned through Now, Discover Your Strengths a couple of years ago.  Basically, for better or worse, I live in my head (and have pretty much nothing in common with all current respondees). Anyway, it’s good reinforcement. 

If you do the exercise, beware: the thing is based around pair-ranking the values you choose, so the more you choose, the greater the number of choices (pair ranks) you’ll have to make later.  I chose 19 values and had to make 171 pair ranks…
