Below is a press conference with Casey Mears at New Hampshire Motor Speedway as he talks about his release from Hendrick Motorsports.
He’d be good at RCR. If he winds up with the team, I sure hope he’ll have a bright futute there.
Yeah I meant to say future. It’s bad enough Casey is leaving a good friend, Jimmie Johnson.
Yeah, for whatever reason, I just see him as a really good fit at RCR, and I think he’s probably exactly the kind of driver that Childress will be looking for to startup the no. 33 team.
Of course, I think he’s a pretty good match for Penske as well.
i think mears will wind up at dei after truex leaves.
DEI’s certainly a possibility, but I’d imagine that Casey will have more entertaining offers out there.
