Im sad,a big loss to Drag Racing.And i Pray For The Loved ones he left behind.He went out doing what he loved but its hard .Scott,God bless you for your love of the sport and giving it your all.see you at the big nitro alley some day if im lucky.good by for now

Arnold—Good points indeed. No doubt this tragedy will raise questions about safety in the sport—and maybe result in a positive change where possible.

i love drag racing, but i’ve always felt that funny cars are running “time-bombs”. there isn’t enough protection if the engine blows, or if something like this happens. englishtown’s track does not have enough safety run-out space at the end of the quarter mile.
