In my video post in November I asked for help with inspirational videos. Thank you to everyone who participated.
I got a number of recommendations but realized that a list of inspirational videos is quite specific to the individual. Some people loved sports videos while others didn’t care for certain videos because of the music, length, or approach. I have added a number of popular videos that give me a short break and inspire my lungs with the increased oxygen from laughing.
I have decided to avoid creating a generic list. Rather I encourage anyone who knows or watches an inspiring video to list it in our comments section and let each reader or viewer – view and choose what works best for them.
