Videos 14 Apr – Post It Notes

There’s nothing commercial in the top 100 this week – have brands given up on YouTube or is it just not delivering? The main promotion this week is from Post It Notes, who are running a competition.

Usual type of contest – create a video showing your unique way of using Post It Notes, load it up and see who wins the $10k plus the chance for their video being used as an online ad. You have to use at least 3 different types of Post It in your video (which of course you have to buy) but you do get a free pack of the ‘Digital Post Its’ when you enter. The top 10 are picked by the panel, each of whom gets a laptop, and then its the viewers vote. Entries are open until Aug 18, so plenty of time to get your thinking caps on; with this contest you even get to keep your video as they don’t claim ownership – just the rights to do what they want with it.
