Vincent Jackson – a Fantasy me hate me

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Ok, my team qualified for the playoffs already.
Some thoughts.
A friend of mine asked what was on the line?
“Why, a virtual trophy.” Why does it seem so important and sound so unimportant?
Hmm.
This week, in all my brilliance, Vincent Jackson was put on the bench in favor of Steve Breaston. All Jackson did was score 20 Fantasy points in the Thursday game. Do you think he knew he was riding the pine for my team and got motivated? Me hate me.
Grrr.
Brendan Roberts writes for Fantasy ESPN and has this to say.
4. Your starting defense posts negative points: And you watch your opponent’s unit, which he picked up off the waiver wire because they were playing the Lions or Bengals (hint, hint), put up respectable points and sink you.
That would be my Lions, the team you would find me rooting for in real life.
Grrr.
Dropped my kicker. He was from Buffalo’s team. After this week, the Buffalo schedule gets tougher and their team is just not very good. Can’t even remember his name. Do you think that is insensitive? You will find me to be a cruel GM.
Did not even call Vincent Jackson or the Buffalo kicker. Hey, wasn’t his name like Lindell or something? They will have to read this blog to find out what happened.
Hmm.
Picked up the Jets defense for their last couple of games. My defense has been Tennessee and there is nothing wrong with that, but they play Pittsburgh and the Colts in their last two games. Ouch.
Hopefully they don’t become my latest Vincent Jackson.
