just go to downloads.com and search for PSPWxp and download it from there.

google it. u will get a result on the first page that goes to the playstation site blog. there is another site there.
If the instructions I gave y’all didn’t work, do what I say:
1.Unzip the .zip file
2.Go to the level where you can see folder named win
3.First link USB cable to your psp, extract the win folder to your PSP memorie card root(the main folder of your PSP)
4. Disconnect your PSP
5.Go to your PSPs web browser
6.Enter this in the address bar: file:/win/index.htm
And you are in Windows Vista!!

Just go to my computers with the psp pluged in go to veidios click on it and click on install
