Vonage Using Verizon VoIP Patents?

A federal court judge issued a permanent injunction against Vonage in order to keep them from using VoIP technology patented by Verizion

Vonage is facing a uphill battle against Verizion Communications Inc. as U.S. District Judge Claude Hilton has ordered a permanent injunction against the Internet phone carrier for use of rival Verizon’s patents. The injunction could potentially cause major disruptions in service for as many a 2 million Vonage customers, thought the injunction will not take effect for at least two weeks. Judge Hilton has decided to wait two weeks to consider Vonage’s request for tn extended stay.
