Watch Altaïr fight Metal Gears
It’s not quite April Fool’s day on this side of the world, but I guess we can still consider it since the half is a day behind. Ever wondered how Altaïr of Assassin’s Creed would fare against the the no-place-to-hide battles of Metal Gear Solid 4? Wonder no more.
And the biggest surprise? It’s not really Altaïr, but Solid Snake under the assassin cowl! How the heck did they do that? Does this mean we get an Altaïr skin in MGS4? If it really is Snake, why is his left hand’s ring finger missing?
Quite an interesting little surprise I thought. The clip is quite good for getting an idea of the beginning of the game and how the original FMV trailers were shown in these instances.
Yes, it was an interesting surprise. I really can’t wait for June.
Hey Daniel, are you getting this game? Because if you are, do you have any idea on how to get the special edition? I’ve checked Play-Asia on how to get a special ed, but the language would seem to be Japanese.

I myself will be purchasin the limited edition Playstation 3 bundle. As of yet I have no idea of price or anything like that.

Regarding this PS3 bundle you plan to get, it’s an 80GB model, right? I reckon the price would be at least $499. Since it’s a bundle, they may give the game away for free.

Na, I have had a Wii since day one. The PS3 is the only other next gen console that I plan on buying.
As for the bundle, I am just waiting until official details are released about the Australian bundle. I am totally confused about which model is in the pack be it the 40gb or 80gb model. Price wise I am also clueless, with the one exception being that our, Australian price will be 20%+ of your American price. Thats unfortunately a given.

Oh, so you’re based in Australia. I’m a bit nearer than you think. ;) Based in Manila, Philippines. I guess this +20% is a given since such products go through shipping and taxes.
However, I still think you’re better off in Australia. The grey markets are alive and well in our shores so PS3 prices are generally over that +20% mark you mentioned.
I can only imagine with horror how much an English MGS4’s limited edition would cost here. Or if it would ever hit our store shelves in the first place.
