Are you ready for Uwe Boll’s Far Cry? I’m not, but here it is.

I normally don’t judge movies based on trailers. Yes, that personal rule includes even Uwe Boll films. This one, however, gets rid of any pretenses and shows everything I don’t want to see in a movie all at one time: terrible acting, obviously cheap special effects, horrid one-liners (“Is that your gun?”), and then some. And where’s the tropical paradise the game is known for? Heaven help us.
