Watch Your Visitors

Ever wondered what people do when they visit your Web site or blog? Are they reading the posts, just checking out the comments or looking at recent news? Well, Vancouver-based Nitobi has just unveiled a new online tool called RobotReplay that records and plays back visitor sessions so you can see how people use their mice, what they click on, where they scroll and how long they stay on a site. For now, RobotReplay is free, although Nitobi does plan to release a premium version for people who want more features.
RobotReply, which will compete against rivals such as ClickTail and TapeFailure, consists of a small piece of JavaScript that you plop onto your blog or Web site.
