Weekend reading on management lessons

My friend and B5 colleague, Aaron Brazell, has just entered the realm of being a true tech startup executive – he has people to manage.

As we grow our respective companies, we wear many hats but the real test is moving from multi-tasking startup team member to managing technology executive.
