What 9.69 Can Do To A Girl

When the Olympics began, I fell in love. And the object of my affection was Michael Phelps. He lived up to all of his expectations winning 8 gold medals. The most an athlete has ever won in a single Olympic Games. I’m so proud of you Phelps. So Proud.

Then it happened.

It was an obvious replay being that I knew who won when I got off of work earlier today. Tyson Gay didn’t even make the final so I almost didn’t watch it. Thank goodness I did. 9.69. 9.69! I’m in love. It wasn’t just the way he ran but how he ran. I was in love with Michael Phelps for one week. I wonder how long my love for Usain Bolt will last. I’ve already begun google stalking him.
