		<description>Thanks Darlene for all that you do.  I think people need a voice of encouragement, as well as reason as they face some of the harder economic times most have ever imagined.  I will add this, from a technology perspective - I hear more and more companies laying off.  But there appears some advance in the middle tier companies (those below 1B in revenue) as they are looking at this market in a different way.  You might need to sacrifice on some compensation (10% maybe) but there are opportunities in that sector if you look hard.  Just some thoughts.</description>
