Thanks Darlene for all that you do. I think people need a voice of encouragement, as well as reason as they face some of the harder economic times most have ever imagined. I will add this, from a technology perspective – I hear more and more companies laying off. But there appears some advance in the middle tier companies (those below 1B in revenue) as they are looking at this market in a different way. You might need to sacrifice on some compensation (10% maybe) but there are opportunities in that sector if you look hard. Just some thoughts.

This is extremely valuable right now. Our organization just announced more lay-offs. Every time that you turn on the local or national news, another company is laying-off 1000s of people. This realignment is necessary, and economic times are tough, but we’ll get through it.
