One thing that business owners should be doing is continuous learning so that they can understand the trends of their industry. In your learning process, do you have books that you have read to increase your learning? Have you invested in developing your business library?
Having a business library has helped me to continue growing my knowledge and refining my business. The selection of books that I have cover many subjects that include business finance, personal development, marketing, business management, and so many more topics. A few of the books that I have in my business library are:

According to their website: Radically Transparent helps you keep track of the latest online reputation management trends and keep up to date with tactics for monitoring and engaging social media.
- StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath and Gallup: this book helps you determine the areas that are your strengths and how to incorporate them into your business. According to their website: Loaded with hundreds of strategies for applying your strengths…
- The Millionaire Maker by Loral Langemeier: the focus of this book is to help you get your business in order financially and to make money continuously. According to the book: Act, think, and make money the way the wealthy do.
