And the word on the Strip is that Michael Phelps and Hef’s former opportunistic gold-digger honey have been spotted together in the City That Never Sleeps. (First Hank Bassett and Kendra Wilkinson, now Phelps and Madison? Are chicks who banged Hugh Hefner the new It Girl type among athletes?)
