What is my next social media plan?

Lately I have been experimenting with a few different social media sites to see what type of impact they have on my blog.
Also I have been creating a social media plan for the company that I presently work with. They operate in a different space than my previous company with a different type of audience, so the plan of attack is vastly different.
So I decided to take a little breather and list out some things I want to cover in the next month:
-Digg- I will never be a power user on that site, I am not in the cool kids club there and frankly I don’t know if I want to be. However, I do want to use that site a little more to garner traffic on a personal and professional level. So it is time for me to learn how to use the site a little better.
-StumbleUpon- I have gained almost 300 fans on there. How long will it take me to get to 500? Is that even possible in under a month? How much power does my stumbling have on driving traffic?
This is leading up to a new half hour social media marketing plan. I think there are a few different ways to approach social media.
1) From the beginners point of view.
2) From an established point of view.
3) From a power players point of view.
I think when I first covered it my view was more for a beginner, now I need to look at it from an intermediate perspective.
